An absolute gem in Taipei! This Kappou has won my heart with its impeccably balanced flavors and the use of top-tier ingredients, turning every dish into a delightful experience. The restaurant’s commitment to in-season ingredients and charming decorations not only tantalizes the taste buds but also transports you, making each visit a journey through the seasons and a feast for the senses.

The food quality is undoubtedly good. There are a couple of omakase courses options for ITAME (chef table) it’s 5k, 5.8k and above for non-ITAME there are also booth seats where 3.8k and 4k menu available. For 5k menu there are about 25 dishes (sashimi, nigiri, sushi roll, soup and dessert) in total. The food is well prepared, well presented, well seasoned, well designed and well given. It’s definitely a great experience dining here!
