Because the menu is different every day The boss is Japanese, and every dish is very particular and careful, even the hairy crabs are completely peeled for you, so that we can even eat crabs very elegantly! 🦀❤️ If you want to eat grilled saury, you don’t have to be afraid of the fishbone, because the boss has already picked it out for us 😋 Feel free to eat fish~ All ingredients are very fresh and delicious I don’t eat sashimi at all, but I can eat sashimi here 🥰🥰🤤 There is no strange fishy smell, only fresh and sweet taste~ Shrimp spring rolls covered with mozzarella cheese are also an unexpected match! Because the cheese itself is salty, it tastes just right when eaten directly~ My favorite is their sea urchin and roast beef. Needless to say, the sea urchin is super fresh and sweet🤤💕 The oven-roasted beef is really amazing, the meat is fresh and tender, especially its oily flowers are super beautiful! The combination of oil and vinegar and wasa rice is just enough to relieve the greasy ~ there are also sesame leaves on the side💕 There are really not many restaurants in Taiwan that can eat sesame leaves, so you must order this dish every time you come! BY the way They have a wide variety of wines ~ you can drink anything you want! All the meals are cooked to order by the boss alone~ The restaurant is not big~ It is recommended to make a reservation first, it is a good place for chatting and gathering👄🤩 It is rare to recommend a restaurant so seriously. Delicate taste with authentic Taiwanese ingredients. Good range of Japanese liquor. We were super impressed by hot pot and donabe rice! So rich in flavor yet fresh and mild. Survice is great too. Will come visit again! More review on IG : @wanstep_wt
