Da’an District, Taipei City｜Sushi Okashin

Delicious and amazing intimate experience! We had the set omakase menu in a private sushi bar room setting, just us with 4 other diners (6 total), 2 chefs, and 2 waitresses. Very similar to other omakase experiences, but executed perfectly. We loved all the little details that they paid attention to from the adorable cat chopstick holders in all different poses, to the glasses they served the sake and ramune soda in, to the plates and cups they used. The chef was very attentive and even gave me an extra piece of tuna "for good health" because I'm going through cancer treatment. I was really struggling towards the end of the meal. You don't think you're eating much at each course, but by the end, I was SOOO extremely stuffed! Every single dish was so delicious and it's very worth a visit if you can get in!

Great japanese cuisine, master’s effort was easily told by the combination of ingredients and the arrangement of the set. Arigato!

鮨崗心/ 1st Visit 初訪 - Oct.24 - Sushi Omakase - Review: Fresh fish/ seafood from local Taiwan as well as imported from Japan. The seasoning was well balanced with the original flavor of the ingredients. The chef was considerate and very friendly. Though it is considered high price it is definitely one of the top sushi places in Taipei!
