The flavoring was top-notch in Taipei, as was the atmosphere. You have a wide selection of sake to choose from, along with many shochu options that pair well with the chef's meals. It was a perfect experience, even when compared to those in Japan. Believe me, you would love the atmosphere here.

I don't remember how many times I've been able to go to Amamoto for lunch but every time has been an absolute pleasure. It is definitely my favorite Japanese restaurant.

Highly recommended Japanese food ~ although it is difficult to make a reservation! Every dish is amazing! Why is it so delicious! The salmon roe is freshly bombed ˙Q so scared me! Grilled fish nigiri sushi is the best I have ever eaten! The last eel rice is eel from Kyushu, the taste is completely different from Taiwan! Dessert is sea salt ice cream! It turns out that the pressed sushi is not duck~ it is the sushi made by the master pressing hard! Rich kelp has the flavor of seaweed sauce that I remember! Overall, I think the portion size and quality are great value! Book your next reservation now! Hahaha~ and next year all seats are fully booked!
