Such. Freshness. I am very impressed with the quality of the fish here. Honestly, I wanted to take my family to the PingDong fish market for the black tuna they are famous for, but due to the COVID situation, we chose not to travel. So I was hoping to find a good place that might have locally sourced black tuna available in Tainan as well and found this restaurant by chance. And really glad that I did. I will try to go back very soon.

A quaint sushi joint that has their own shipping fleet to get the fish. Prices aren't over priced. You can get a lot of the good stuff and eat until you can't really move. But due to the freshness and popularity; if you don't have a reservation you're not going to get a table. That's just the thing behind it. They have a 高雄 location as well as 台南. 高雄 is the main store being the first one there. So some things on the menu will not be available which is fine.

Fresh and delicious! I enjoyed eating their sushi!
