Today I ordered sashimi (3 pieces), personal set of 9 nigiri sushi🍣, chawanmushi, green tea🍵 The overall price seems to be relatively high (for Yuan Lin) But the decoration is worthy of the price, it is clean, tidy and comfortable, and the freshness of the fish is also great! First served is a fruit salad, edamame and pickled radish, Japanese style pickled radish + fish, and a pot of hot soup (kelp soup). Hot soup can soothe the cold feeling caused by eating raw food😌 Among them, I like pickled dried radish very much. The dried radish looks like the one from Chuyu. The chef is very kind. When he hears that there is fish that he doesn’t want to eat, he will ask about the reason and chat cordially. Knowing that my boyfriend doesn’t eat raw food, he specially served grilled tuna for him. Very considerate! Every dish of the 9-nigiri sushi is also very good👍🏻Every bite is solid This is a Japanese restaurant that I will visit again and again. However, there are few choices.
