The young chef learned it from Taipei and brought back the good taste of his hometown in Pingtung. The fresh soup of the hot pot pasta and udon noodles makes the whole bowl of noodles memorable. The hand-rolled seaweed is carefully baked and the fresh ingredients are wrapped in the whole roll. Compared with the cone-style wrapping method used in most Japanese restaurants in Taiwan, the taste of the ingredients itself can be fully presented. The handmade brown sugar cheese was a nice end to the meal. The restaurant is small but clean and bright, and the dining experience is comfortable. However, it is not suitable for group dinners of more than 4 to 5 people, and is better for groups of less than 4 people.
