Recommended by Rantei Town Restaurant: Signature curry pork chop + 139 yuan upgrade set meal. (Friends who are vegetarians (five-element vegetarians) can contact the hostess first.) The staple food + 139 upgraded set meal, the first "appetizer salad" conquered us. Serve with sesame sauce. Refreshing and appetizing. Although there are two chefs, the food is not served very quickly, but we enjoy the slow pace of food and have time to savor the delicious food. If you are not in a hurry, you can visit our store during the week. Five stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 You have to change into slippers after entering the gate. Although there is no barrier-free space at the entrance, wheelchairs can be placed indoors (please contact the hostess first to reserve a space) "Kaohsiung Alley Rihe" published by Sun and Moon Culture writes that the owner of the restaurant, Aran, inherited his craftsmanship from Master Segawa Sawao of Kanazawa and pursues the spirit of a professional. From the cuisine, we can feel the dedication to excellence in food preparation.

Great Japanese restaurant with sincere restaurant owner. Found this gem in Kaohsiung city, the food are prepared meticulously by the owner whom is also the chef. The food taste authentic and my favourite dish was the salad which looks fantastic and taste good as well. I was surprised that you can request for a second serving of miso soup if you want more. All in all, a great restaurant which is worth visiting.

Hands down the best Japanese food we’ve had outside of Japan! This little shop is run by a very friendly couple who are very clearly passionate about the food they serve. Prices are extremely reasonable and the service is top notch:) They take reservations too - best to call ahead if you are planning to go on a weekend. The salad served as part of the set meal was, for lack of a better word, amazing. The mix of textures - red dragonfruit, lotus root, apple, chestnut, blueberry, chinese yam - made it a very enjoyable bowl of salad, and it is topped off nicely with the salad dressing. The oyakodon was nicely seasoned and cooked perfectly (key being not too dry), while the red miso tonkatsu don was fried to perfection. The bonus was that it was served with some other tempura on the side. We also ordered a chicken karaage to share and dang the lime and mayo combination was the bomb! Be sure to ask for extra mayo:) It was an extremely satisfying meal and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a fab meal while in Kaohsiung!
