Today, by chance, a colleague took me to try a shop that locals only go to. The shop is really inconspicuous. They are only open in the morning and at noon. The food inside is full of ancient flavors. I recommend their fried rice strips, pig's feet, and rice rolls. They are all handmade by the store themselves, especially the rice noodles. I am really impressed. They use more solid materials than other ordinary cut-up stalls. They are not inferior to the Fuzhou noodles in Mazu Miaokou, Cijin. The price is within the urban price range. Considering the price, You get what you pay for, so the pricing is reasonable.

Clean and hygienic, with a refreshing taste, not greasy or too salty. Kueh teow comes with black and white cuts, cheap and filling.

From snacks to big tastes, I will definitely eat it every time I go back to the countryside
