Marinated minced meat on rice has depth of favor while being less oily compare to places. Eat it with a bit of their home made chilli sauce, very satisfying. Bittermelon soup was refreshing. Steam cod fish in salty soup and tofu was surprisingly good. The tofu in the soup was remarkable
