Nantun District, Taichung City｜娟 越南小吃

Vietnamese food being one of my favorite cusines in the world, I was so excited to discover this wonderful place right inside Nantun Market near the famous temple. They have daily specials which on the day I visited was tomato-based Pho with meat ball, tofu, Vietnamese ham (yummy!), veggies and rice noodles. On my next visit I had beef tendon Pho and taro rolls, and they were both absolutely fantastic!

The umami is full, the ingredients are fresh, the soup is rich but not greasy, especially the beef hor fun! Big push!
