Although the Xuefu wet market is easy to buy and browse, the Vietnamese snack red rice noodle soup (shrimp paste rice noodle soup) is what makes me want to go to the wet market to buy food (a very far-fetched reason😅). The soup is very good and the ingredients are very practical. The soft rice noodles are mixed with crunchy bean sprouts, which has a rich texture! ! Even though it’s hot in summer, it still can’t stop me from sweating profusely but still wanting to finish the bowl~~haha
