This is the only meatball shop in the whole Beitou market. The 50-year-old shop has two choices of meatballs, red dots (dried bamboo shoot meat) and normal no dots (whole meat). The only soup is tribute ball soup. Fry the meatballs in an oil pan over low heat. After filtering the oil, add two kinds of special sauces made by the boss. The sauces will not be too salty and have a slight sweetness. If you like a stronger taste, you can add minced garlic and chili. Increase taste and saltiness!
