I have ordered the combo which is meat sausage and sticky rice sausage (casing stuffed with glutinous rice). This is the one I prefer the most for all the Taiwanese sausages I tried during the whole trip. It is freshly barbecued with charcoal and the charcoal gave the sausages a smoky taste! The flavour is rich and goes well with the garlic cloves and pickled cucumbers. You can also add spicy sauce and soy sauce paste to add more flavour!

Intestines go well with sausages. You have to queue up. Won't wait too long.
