It’s such a delicacy that reminds me of how good Hakka food is. Growing up as part of Hakka community, this brings lots of home flavor, even though it is a bit oily, but aren’t all Chinese food oily? Ha. It’s pack with loads of people during lunch.

A noodle stand inside the traditional market. There is always a wait whenever I visit but It’s worth the wait if you are nearby.
