Heading all the way to Beitou, as we drove into the mountains, the ground began to get wet, and the moisture and temperature gradually increased and decreased. The winding mountain road went straight up to the source of water in the Tianmu area. In the early days, the gendarmerie was stationed here. To protect the water source from being destroyed, it has been evacuated and returned to the local residents, but it can still be seen that the source is protected by a strong fortress. Meals here are all wild vegetables grown by the industry themselves. They are natural and non-toxic. With a little cooking, you can taste their deliciousness and freshness. Among them, the most special wild pearl lotus tastes like love jade, with some lemon juice and tremella , sweet and delicious, a bowl before meals increases appetite; Every wild vegetable is also quite unique, tender and delicious. At the end, there is a cup of hot jelly tea (simmered in water for seven hours), without adding anything, pure jelly, with a faint aroma of brown sugar (I thought Brown sugar is added) and slightly sweet, really refreshing; Taste the delicious food while admiring the surrounding scenery.
