Came when they first opened at 11am, no queue, easy to grab a seat inside. The skin is like a square bouncy rice noodle steamed under a ball of meat. When you order, they’ll roll the skin over the meat and it becomes a dumpling! Very unique 🤩 I like that they were ok for me to order just 1 plate of 2 dumplings. Delicious snack 👍
