Zhongshan District, Taipei City｜大直老店米粉湯

Old style Taiwanese street food made with care and dedication to established traditions (with very young energetic and service-minded personnel). I am not a fan of rice noodles, so cannot comment on that except to say it had very clean taste. Marinated egg and chicken were delicious.
