Hot and sour dry noodles are sour and spicy with added sauerkraut. You can also ask the boss to cook the noodles harder. I grew up eating them. Delicious. Recommended. Must order. Cabbage dumplings. The skin is a bit thin and the fillings are averagely seasoned. It’s acceptable and can be ordered. The side dishes are pretty good. I particularly like the dried shredded noodles and pickled beans.
