Writing with S’porean tastebuds. Took away their beef fried rice and pickled-radish omelette at night. Fully satisfied; good amount of wok-hei and bold seasoning. Rice was comforting, beef was nicely done; not overcooked. But what blew me away was the simple pickled-radish omelette. It gave me an all-new perspective of what the dish could (or maybe should) be. Good ingredients + wholehearted cooking, perhaps.
