I’ve tried lots oyster pancake around Taipei and this one is one of the top 3, for sure! The skin is crispy with good amount of oyster. The sauce is an important part of the dish, and they didn’t let me down! Their egg soup tastes different from others because they add a bit of sesame oil and it tastes so good.
