The best, life changing scallion pancakes. We got it with egg - one with spice one without, the yolk is runny and gooey and the scallion pancake is very fragrant and flavorful. The wait is 30min when we came at 3pm but it was as efficient as it gets and they get you a piping hot pancake. DO NOT GO TO THE YELLOW TRUCK NEXT DOOR - it has higher number of ratings but the staff is extremely inefficient, let the pancakes to cool and get stale, keeps you waiting for 1.5h+ and poor order management. They even take calls to lie to people they ran out of stock. This blue truck business is much better and guarantees delicious, hot pancakes.

Very yummy and freshly cooked and hot!! I think one of the yummiest one I have eaten! The egg and the pancake was all very well done. The yolk was fried to perfect duration 👍🏻👍🏻 Ate this while waiting for my queue number at the Fishery 😍
