This year coincides with the leap month. After traveling south from Taipei with my father-in-law to visit my pregnant sister, I brought my grandma and dad here to eat pork knuckle noodles. It was a blessing㊗️ Walking into the store, the original inconspicuous furnishings were introduced one by one by the boss brothers and sisters, telling the story of the family being a pig farmer since childhood... I also worked hard in a new store in Taipei, and finally returned to Tainan and chose to take over the family business and continue to operate a snack bar! The brother and sister carefully select the pork trotters, stew the soup with large bones, and pair it with the tender and elastic pig trotters. It is so delicious! The point is, the brothers and sisters also introduced us to the furnishings in the store, including grandma’s dowry, childhood desk, and a 50-year-old durable Datong electric fan! By the way, the tables and chairs where guests sit are also made of solid wood! In addition, the small condiment plate on the table is the tea tray used by my parents for their wedding... (look closely and there are carvings) The boss brothers and sisters not only make pork trotter noodles, but also grow their own vegetables and raise eggs from their own chickens... Not only is the meal delicious, but it is also full of human touch. The bosses also treated us to a taste of pork bones. In addition, there are paintings written by my sister on the wall, which add to the beauty of the store!

It’s really filling and delicious. It’s a super big bowl. The boss said that the ratio is fixed, so you have to have such a big bowl. You can’t give it less to the guests.
