This is the Railway Meat Dumpling that Yancheng people say, and it is open from 6:00 am to 1:00 noon. When I parked the car, I was shocked to see the five yuan miso soup. It’s so cheap and rich in taste. There are tofu, bonito flakes and a lot of chopped green onions. The price is very Buddhist. The bowl of kuih looks small but it tastes quite enough. There is a little shiitake mushroom inside, with preserved radish and soy sauce paste from the store, which is full of local flavor.
