The quality of Taiwanese delicacy duck blood soup is very high. They sell spicy and non-spicy soup with duck, beef, pork, chicken meats as well as Taiwan famous "stinky tofu" flavor. You can choose assortment of noodles or rice. The main thing that is different from other places is that the ingredients they use here is very fresh and high quality. They use large fresh clams that you can actually taste the juicy clam meat. The scallops is fresh and very delicious. I am not a big fan of duck blood tofu but they make it very tasty here. I suggest you try the same soup base with different type of noodles each time as it gives it different flavor. The amount of food they give you is alot for the price they charge which range from $100 to $170 NTD per large bowl. Easily twice the amount of other places. It's a corner food stall with seating that is highly recommended.
