Knife cut noodles and very tender beef. The broth is okay, quite salty and not heavy beef flavor. Green onion pancake is so delicious! Not oily. Seasoned with salt and pepper and generous green onions. Sweet potato leaves vegetables is garlicky and have bits of meat scattered throughout.
