Very yummy meatball stand in Chunghwa. Very well known! Apparently they don't fry the meatballs like other stands. Its all steamed. The meat to skin ratio is perfect and the skin is very QQ! The sauce has a strong flavour to it and it has a lot of garlic to it, but not too overwhelming. I can easily eat 2!
