The boss looks young but is very skilled in technology. The taste/texture of the fried eel pasta and the fried flower branch pasta are just right ~ delicious. The ginger slices in the fried kidney are actually crispy, which is amazing! Will come again!

I love this place for its local flavor and friendly service. The eel noodles are absolutely delicious (I recommend the dry noodles rather than the soup). The eel noodles have the sweetness that is typical of Tainan's amazing cuisine. I also highly highly recommend the fried pork liver (麻油豬肝), which is amazingly flavorful. I used to ask the friendly boss to fry it a bit longer than usual to make it crispy. As with the noodles, they're best eaten fresh and hot. The prices are a little high, but well worth it.

Compare to other eel noodle restaurant, it is not crowded at all, but a little pricy. However, the dry-fried eel noodle tasted really good and also the sesame oil fried series dishes. If you are happened to be around this area, this restaurant is worthy your visit. ;)
