Yongkang District, Tainan City｜彰化肉圓 大腸麵線

I only found out about this meatball shop when I ordered it from Uber. Now it is my number one meatball shop in Tainan! ! (My favorite is Taipei Shipai Night Market - Old Meatball Shop) Because there are very few "fried" meatballs in Tainan, I just like to eat this kind of fried meatballs. I have eaten in almost all fried meatball restaurants in Tainan😂 but I am not satisfied with them. Either the skin is too soft or too hard! Otherwise, the sauce is not flavorful...but the skin here is chewy and chewy; the sauce is good, layered and not overly salty; the filling is also great, with my favorite bamboo shoots, which adds a refreshing taste. I sincerely recommend it to anyone who loves fried meatballs as much as I do! ! Go try it and see! ! (I didn’t think of taking pictures and commenting until I was halfway through the meal. Don’t be too harsh on the photos🤣)

If you are from the north, you may sometimes feel a little uncomfortable with the seasoning of food in Tainan, but the large intestine noodles in this restaurant taste the most comfortable among the seasonings I have eaten in recent times👍 It’s not too sweet and the taste isn’t too strong. Overall it’s very comfortable to eat. I added some Changhua meatballs. Although I am not a resident of Changhua District, I am not very clear about the form of the meatballs (the skin of the meatballs is thick) and the preparation, but based on the taste and sauce, I think it is delicious. All in all, if I come back to Yongkang Chimei with my family in the future, I will consider visiting it again.
