Just happened to be here and didn’t want to drive out of the way so we stopped by this stall for some scallion pancakes. These shallow fried pancakes are surprisingly tasty! Crispy outer layer with just the right chew inside. The sauce bar is what elevates the pancakes but I opt for just the white pepper and it was just the way I like my scallion pancakes! Would stop by this stall again when I am in the area!

Scallion pancake tastes good and tasty. Outer is crispy though bit oily as well. Can add sauce or pepper by yourself. Scallion is not much inside and price is not high - 30NTD with an egg. Always needs to wait in lines to get one however the serving is speedy.

Red sauce, golden pie crust, dark brown charred onions, white and yellow eggs, this picture is really beautiful. I was worried that the pancakes fried with so much oil would be greasy. Unexpectedly, there is no oil at all! The doubts just now disappeared as soon as the bite was taken. The crispy and delicious crust was lined with the aroma of eggs, and it burst in the mouth. The chewing feeling was unbelievably refreshing. It was cooked with a lot of oil. The aroma of burnt onion and flour is more intense, and the taste of eggs is added at the end, which is even more magical. Crisp, rich, with an endless aftertaste, you can eat it as soon as you can without burning it; the deliciousness of this scallion pancake, although simple, is completely touching from the bottom of your heart.
