The restaurent is awesome and authentic. The rice is solid in good match with the pork broth. You can taste the rice’s flavor. The pork is perfect. You need to eat the bamboo together with the pork, it decreases the greasy taste of the pork. I knew it when I was in college, after my first try, I become addicted to it. Please give it a try, you won’t regret. And it’s a lost if you miss this.
