West Central District, Tainan City｜阿龍香腸熟肉

Local famous 80 years history restaurant 阿龍熟肉 "A-Long-Shou-Row" is served cuts of pork (liver, heart, lung, intestines, sausage) & shark meat, skin with sweet soy sauce +yellow mustard very delicious. "蟳丸"（tsîm-uân) the yellow one is must order item which only available in Tainan local food with nickname as "cake" ,it's made by egg +water chestnut +pork+seafood , bit sweet flavor. Soup is cooked with tempura, radish, soy bean pork intestine also very nice.

It’s the most unforgettable delicacy I have ever tasted so far!!!!!! Each kind of food is NT20, the quantity is proper( maybe a bit expensive but worth it ! ) so you can enjoy various dishes every time you visit!

My fave street food in Tainan and often my first stop to visit whenever I go to Tainan! The food here is so freshly made and very cheap and delicious! Come try it! You won’t regret it :)
