It’s worth the wait - long queue. There are 2 queues, the longer one likely is the dine-in. If you are taking out, take the form and go direct to the cashier. They will tear and give you back the ticket butt with the number which they will call. I suggest you stand closer to the counter as they will call out. Ordered the original and their house special (招牌). The difference is the gravy and both are very tasty and crunchy.

Great Tainan style street food for breakfast. Amazing taste with one side crispy and the other side soft and tender. I highly recommend to add some extra garlic or chill if you accept the different flavor of this local food, which also guide you to another fantasy place of the food.
