I have been eating in this shop since I was in the first grade of elementary school until now (I am now 36 years old). I remember that the shrimp and pork rice bento (shrimp rice) was 60 yuan back then. Now it is 100 yuan a piece. It is very affordable. I have eaten there since I was a boss until now I am young. It is run by a boss. What I personally think is very valuable is that the inheritance rate is almost 100%. Shrimp and pork rice with some sauerkraut, shrimps dipped in gravy and served with rice. Although it is a dish that has been served for 30 years, it is one of the motivations for those of us working abroad to return to our hometown and capture the Waizui Chicken as a Tainan native. The soul...so! Please continue to stick to this rare and delicious dish!! In addition, if the rice can be cooked in a way that has the distinct texture of Japanese rice, I think this should be able to be featured on the international stage...

The signature is shrimp and pork rice. The boiled pork is simply the best, with a melt-in-your-mouth taste and a full portion! Once you eat it, you will never forget it. In order to control the quality, the boss will sell out every day, usually around twelve o'clock at noon.

Every locals know this stand located in Xigang Traditional Market. Although it is expensive in the commodity around this area (but compared with Taipei, it is cheaper and much more abundant of ingredients). However it is delicious and a very traditional cooking style if you would like to taste the unique flavour in Tainan. If you have friends are fans of Crowd Lu (盧廣仲), please bring him/her here, not only the frying pancake (the breakfast Crowd Lu definitely had as in high school).
