Modern version of traditional stall hold by two young ladies. Very clean and new place where to stop to have glutinous rice pork dumplings and intestine soup, very well done with clear flavors. Worth a mention as a Bib in the Michelin guide.

Very special and impressive food in Tainan, which should be recommended definitely. My personal favorite flavor are the 肉圓(pronouncing as “Ba wan”) with wasabi sauce or onions sauce.
