West Central District, Tainan City｜陳記真正紅燒土魠

It was my first time eating here from Hong Kong, so I did some research on the Internet before I dared to try it. When I passed by a few times, I only saw the words "braised braised 𩵚魠" in large and small bowls written on the wall. No other dishes were mentioned, not even drinks, so I didn't dare to go in and eat for fear that I wouldn't order. Later I discovered that this store really only sells 𩵚魠鱼! It can be ordered neat, with noodles, rice noodles or rice. So for the first time friends, just simply tell Auntie whether you want it clean or with rice or noodles~ Remember to pay first~ Although this is the only dish sold, it is really worth trying it when I come to Taiwan for the first time. The rich soup is filled with rice noodles and braised fish. It tastes very good and suits my appetite. I thought it would be greasy, but it is not at all. ! For a meal, you can order a large bowl for 80 RMB, and for a snack, you can order a small bowl. You will feel very satisfied after eating it🤤

One of the few traditional flavours left in Tainan city. I must visit a few times while I was in Tainan. A bowl of clear soup but full of flavour~ a top level of cooking skill..no artificial.
