Tried gelatinous Rice Meatballs (Ba Wan) here with pork filling and they were good.

Got the 5 mixed meatballs - all were very good and QQ, tasty too! Not sure what the flavours are exactly but all were interesting and yummy. Fav was the red one (with juice filling) and black (with bits of sausage). Didnt try the fried meatball though - looked extremely oily and wasnt drained properly. Recommend to get the 5 flavours meatball soup! Order via machine & slot monies in - quite self explanatory even for non chinese speakers. Service was ok.

I think the meatballs are delicious. I have eaten meatballs in other places in Taiwan. Most of them are just ordinary meat fillings. Theirs adds red glutinous rice flour, which gives it a very distinctive taste. The boss is also nice. When I asked him questions such as what the meatball skin is made of, he patiently answered my questions.
