Very neat sushi restaurant in Tainan. The way it works is that all menu items are priced at 40 NTD unless otherwise noted on the menu. Typically, this is for all standard 2-piece plates of sushi, specialty sushi that is available, or for nicer 1-piece plates of sushi. I recommend getting a reservation here or getting here early if you don't get a reservation, as it gets VERY busy. When you get seated you have access to cups for instant matcha tea to your side on top of the dividers between seats where the conveyor belt rolls. The dispenser at your table dispenses hot water, and a container of dry instant matcha tea can be added to the water. At each seat there is also an electronic menu where you can look at all the options for sushi (helpful for understanding what you're getting as the plates go by) and for orders for additional sushi that doesn't come by on the conveyor (like more expensive sushi or Udon ramen) / if you want something specific that you've already gotten. You can also order dessert ( I recommend the Tayaki with matcha and vanilla ice cream. It's an excellent textbook tayaki and deep fried with red bean in it). In general, the service is really good, almost all sushi is very good (your preference is going to determine what you prefer, but it's all fresh here) and standouts for me were the salmon sushi and scallop sushi, which was a bit heavy on mayo but otherwise excellent. I also liked the sushi with seaweed and the teriyaki one as well. Very good restaurant that's fairly priced, and you can even play a mini game if you eat 5 plates of sushi to try to win a mini rubber keychain trinket.
