Xitun District, Taichung City｜響壽司HIBIKI

This is not "the best Japanese restaurant in Taichung”, but “the best Japanese restaurant in Taiwan”. Changing menu, attentive and very professional service, and incredibly tasty (and I’m a picky person). One really feels like in Japan here. Given the quality, the price is very fair. Thank you. I would love to come here again, and try new dishes.

I love this restaurant. Tasty Japanese food and great customer service. I have no bad experience with them and the quality of food is superb. One of the best restaurant in town. A must place to visit if you love Japanese food.

Nice place to gather with friends, comfortable atmosphere and fresh sashimi, beautiful presentations.
