I entered the store at 5pm on a Monday. There was a lovely grandma and an aunt standing at the dining counter. Like the previous review, it’s Taiwanese Japanese food. The rice bowl is not vinegar rice, but hot rice, seasoned with mustard and sauce. Before we ate it, my aunt reminded us, “If it’s not salty enough, tell me and I’ll give you the sauce.” Don’t use table soy sauce, it’s different”😂 But the fish is really awesome! new! fresh! It contains sashimi, and the whole flavor explodes in one bite. Auntie said that their fish is not frozen, only refrigerated. There are whole fish fillets in the miso soup. Although it is a small bowl, there are about two or three pieces in it, which is not bad. Overall, it tastes delicious, at least I am very satisfied with it.
