I was very impressed with the freshness of the ingredients at this Japanese restaurant. Especially their pork chops, fried to a crispy outer layer, tender meat, really delicious! However, the only thing that disappointed me was that the miso soup was slightly salty. Wish they could adjust the salinity of the soup base so it would be perfect. Overall, the Japanese cuisine in this store is still a good choice, especially the freshness of the ingredients, which makes people love it.

Vinegar rice is super delicious! The sashimi is also very thick! There are a lot of miso soup ingredients! I'm so surprised how there is only one star!
