Datong District, Taipei City｜KURA SUSHI Zhongshan Nanxi Branch

This was a really fun place to happen upon. The sushi was delicious. I had never been to a restaurant like this before and the host and waiters were so patient, explaining to me in English. I also like that cold beer came zipping directly to me on the 2nd level conveyor belt then stopped eight at my table. It was so cool that I ordered some soft serve ice cream ao I could film it's arrival. This was a warm and tasty welcome to Taipei for me in my first night.

No complaints here. Great service, atmosphere and food. We arrived at 11am on a weekday right when they opened and got a seat with no problem. Some favourites were the yuzu salmon/tuna and the aburi. Dessert was great too. NTD 1,500 for three people for a good amount of food. The 櫻桃小丸子 theme was really cute! Would be cool to win food rather than keychains from the plate game.

Delicious fresh sushi, I love the tai yaki, and soft serve Ice cream. They sometimes have seasonal limited edition sushi. Usually they are super good.
