I didn’t expect the tofu skin sushi to be really delicious. The tofu skin is a little sweet and very flavorful. The rice is a little moist but not too dry. I ate it immediately because it was so delicious and I bought a few more. The boss said it would be made fresh that night. So it would still taste just as delicious the next morning, but I ended up eating it right after I got home 😂 The grilled food is freshly grilled, so you have to wait a while, but the sweet and spicy and dried tofu I ordered this time were both delicious. They are also sweet but not too strong, and they should be suitable for pairing with wine. The business hours are rather strange, open from 19:30 to early morning, so if you pass by during the day, it is really not open. It would be a good choice for a late night snack, just walk in! By the way, I didn’t expect that ginger is also delicious. I even ate all the ginger XD (Later I read the reviews and found out that it has been open for a long time. As a Hualien native, I felt it was such a pity🙈Recommended for good food)
