Very fresh, finely made food - authentic japanese (see pictures) Very nice and warm service, professional and still very down to earth, run by a family. Calm background music, for a comfortable meal. Loved it! Would come back again anytime!

Newly opened family-owned sushi spot in Yancheng. Authentic, great CP. Everything was delicious from the miso soup to the nigiri sushi and yakitori. Sushi highlights for me were: Squid - fresh and just the slightest bit chewy Swordfish - super tender and tasty Fatty Tuna - the best piece of tuna I’ve ever eaten - no joke!!! Sushi rice was made right but a tad bit on the sweet side for my palate - still great. And last but not least, the owners are super kind and the shop is open late. The sushi chef also speaks great English if that is important to you! We will be returning soon! Edit: Fatty Tuna is still amazing. We also ordered the Katsu pork (豬排) and grilled mackerel （鯖魚). Both were cooked just right and well-seasoned. Great stuff!
