There are a few stalls that can make fresh sushi, which is rare in a 10 yuan sushi restaurant. Most of them are piled up and placed on the top (so the top is usually empty) (I like to eat conveyor belt sushi and also like to order I don’t take the gunkan seaweed if it’s soft, so I don’t usually buy 10 yuan sushi at all), the proprietress is willing to make it to order for freshness, I like it very much. My feeling is that the proprietress has a temper and persistence, follow her (I appreciate his insistence on the freshness of the ingredients anyway, I am 0k in other small places), then you will probably meet a kind proprietress. At least every time I go to buy ~ XD

Auntie is very polite! Moreover, the sushi is not too small and has a lot of ingredients. The CP value is really good. I will come back next time.

Auntie was so nice when we went there today. She chatted with us as soon as we arrived. She also introduced and recommended delicious food to us. She also kept telling us that if there was anything we wanted to eat, tell her and she would cook it for us right away. I think it’s quite delicious🫶🏻
