Qingshui District, Taichung City｜粒粒香魷魚羹

On Xinxing Road in Qingshui, this store has been open since I was a child. It must have been at least more than ten years old. The most popular thing in the store is the squid soup. The seasoning method is different from other places. It is sweet and has a lot of flavor. Unique and delicious, I have been here twice this weekend. Here is an introduction: Lu Pork Rice: Lu Pork Rice is generously served with minced pork, and almost every last bite has enough minced pork to go with it. Dry noodles: The noodles of dry noodles taste quite elastic, and there is enough dried meat on top to go with it. Squid soup: The most important part of squid soup is the squid pieces. The number is about eight pieces, and each piece is quite large. The only pity is the location. Since this place is on the roadside, the parking part is really difficult. It is recommended to park at the temple and then walk there.
