I have ordered the signature one which is braised pork belly with pickles. I made a visit after watching a reel on instagram and got attracted. And it didn’t disappoint! The pork belly is very soft, with sweet peanut powder on top. The coriander, pickles and the peanut powder reduced the greasiness of the pork belly. The bread itself is soft, like traditional Chinese bun which no butter is added. The grease from the pork belly acts like a butter to finish off the bread.
