Shalu District, Taichung City｜肉圓仔湯餛飩雞絲麵

It’s second generation dumpling soup and noodle shop. Unassuming but definitely local favourite. The star is the glutinous rice dumpling with fillings and to me, the chicken noodle. It’s a small shop and very friendly boss. Just move inside and get a seat, very small space, probably can seat 9 pax. Just wait for seats.
