More Comments at Google MapConclusion: A good companion for those who are afraid of fatty meat and braised pork rice. I would recommend this restaurant because its braised pork rice, as you can see in the photo, is all lean meat! This is great news for those who don’t like fat! The store's seasonings are on the light side. I have eaten at many well-known braised pork restaurants, but I always feel thirsty after eating. Maybe it is because the braised pork must be braised until it is shiny and salty and sweet (or maybe it can sell an extra bowl of soup? XD). After eating at this restaurant Not at all. Recommended for: Recommended for those who want to have a simple lunch and dinner, but also want to eat lean meat braised pork rice.
Tainan Pasta: The meat sauce on top is really fragrant and delicious~ You can tell the boss to pour more meat sauce on it After ordering a small bowl for the first time, I knew it was time to upgrade to a large bowl. I really like their Tainan dry pasta. Jinzhen Pork Ribs: Its clear soup is pretty good, with the flavor of radish soup, but the oil used in the crispy pork ribs doesn’t feel very good. It has a smell similar to gasoline, and the color of the daylilies feels like dry food that has been dried for a while. Wonton soup: The wonton filling is a bit sour, so I don’t like it very much.
The soup pasta is delicious and cheap at only NT$40, which is a great value in Taipei. However, since my uncle is old and only one person operates the restaurant, it takes time to prepare meals. If you are in a hurry and can't wait, it is not recommended to come.
