The boss's aunt and uncle passed by your store while traveling in Taitung with my mother today, and ordered fish maw with beans, fried spinach, and assorted seafood noodles. Auntie was very considerate. When I asked not to have squid and shredded pork, she substituted meatballs and mushrooms (which really suited my taste). The fish maw is very fresh, and the nine-story pagoda and bean curd are fragrant. The seafood noodle soup has many ingredients and is delicious. I'm so happy to be able to eat such delicious local food. Thank you to the owner's aunt and uncle for their hard work and strict requirements on the ingredients. Had a craving for noodles after an unexpectedly long flight. Saw the sign and went inside, deciding to try the fried noodles with seafood. The food is so fresh and clean tasting with quality ingredients. Flavours were incredible and I would have had a second serving if we had time. Highly recommended if you are in the area looking for top quality local food.
